Everything within our world consists of energy at its core, and that includes us as human beings.
Our chakras represent places within our non-physical bodies through which the life force (chi or prana) flows. When any one of these seven chakras becomes blocked, we suffer from a host of physical, emotional, and psychological ills.
As author Anodea Judith writes,
A chakra is a center of organization that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as “wheel” or “disk” and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column.
These spinning ‘wheels’ of energy are traditionally described as being located in seven different areas of our bodies: our groin, stomach, solar plexus, heart, throat, forehead, and top of our head. There are also smaller, minor chakras that are found in our hands, feet, and other areas.

Why should we bother working with our chakras?
For those new to the spiritual path, having some kind of psychological, physical, and energetic map to work with is tremendously helpful. Furthermore, the chakra system – an ancient teaching originating in India over 4,000 years ago – can help us become more happy, balanced, and grounded people when studied and implemented with intention.
Free Chakra Test: Which Chakra is Most Imbalanced?
To help you begin this path of inner work, I’ve created a simple, free chakra test below. The purpose of this test is to help you find the chakra that is most imbalanced within you (and therefore needs to be worked with first).
As with any online test, take it with a grain of salt. It’s not created to diagnose you in any way – it’s merely food for thought. If you don’t resonate with the result, that’s fine. Take what you like and leave the rest. I always encourage you to think for yourself and do your own research, especially when it comes to your spiritual growth.

I miss the old test as well. I loved knowing which chakras were balanced & imbalanced. Rather than just knowing about one. The old test showed you how to improve it and be aware of the symptoms. And I would use the test to help others see which chakras they have blocked.

So I am getting Red Jasper stone treatment for healing and re balancing from our local Crystal and Gem store.
Meditation, plus Qi Gong exercise for the old man’s prostate, anxiety reduction, better flow of energies, stretched tendons, and healing upon the Qi pressure points.
Also the meditation is revealing Narcissic tendencies,how to over come fears, and showing me what I need to keep in mind, heart and spirit, and what is un-necessary. As I seem to carry too much previous baggage which needs a Spring clean (recently achieved).

i miss the old test too! could you not have both the old and new test on your site as alot seem to miss the old version?
Thanks Lauren for the feedback. The issue is the old test runs on software that’s expensive to keep updated, as we only use it on this test and it’s becoming visibly outdated. The new software allows us to create this new version which is more dynamic, and we feel, more concrete as well as it focuses on a single chakra to work on at a time rather than too many (which some of the older users complained was overwhelming.)
So, we’ll leave it for a while and see how effective and popular it is and then decide which one is better to use :).

I like the old test as well. We got to know the status of each chakra not just one.
I was thinking the same thing.
I miss the old test. I referred my customers to you to take your test in order to complete their chakra waist beads and now I’m unsure if this new test is reliable and it doesn’t provide all of the percentages in which I included in the beads as well. I love the site still but I may have to find a different test or another way to find my customers imbalanced chakras.
