I have high self-esteem, but practice humility.
It shows that I have a high self esteem and I understand that self esteem and self worth are different as said in the article about self worth but the shadow work article says that one needs to not have a low self worth before beginning with it and this quiz link is shared there. The thing is that I know for sure I have low self worth and meet all the bullet points in the self worth so I am kind of confused whether I should start with shadow work or not.
