“Spiritual work takes many different forms. Inner purification is an important preliminary work, which involves changing patterns of our behavior and freeing ourself from attitudes and responses that interfere with our aspirations.” – Llewllyn Vaughan-Lee

Almost all our work on this website is focused on the path of inner work and soul recovery.

However, at times, we have written about practices that go “beyond” inner work.

Some of these articles focus on purifying the mind and body on an energetic level. Others focus on more esoteric topics. Others are just out of curiosity and the desire to share what we’ve learned in our inner travels.
