Sooner or later on the spiritual awakening journey, we all taste the mysterious and intense phenomenon known as kundalini energy.
It might be smooth and subtle, or intense and explosive, but whatever the case, kundalini is a primal force of awakening.
In fact, sometimes people can experience full-blown kundalini awakenings spontaneously without any prior experience (or interest) in spiritual growth or transformation.

What is a Kundalini Awakening?
Put simply, a kundalini awakening is a form of energetic awakening that causes us to transform on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Kundalini itself is a Sanskrit word that means “she who is coiled.” It refers to primordial life force energy contained at the base of the spine that is often depicted as a snake.
This serpentine energy, once awoken, travels up the various energy centers (or chakras) of the body and into your crown chakra where higher consciousness is triggered.
The result of this higher awareness is a greater understanding of your Soul (or True Nature), life purpose, and the nature of reality itself.
19 Symptoms of the Kundalini Awakening
As divine feminine energy, kundalini usually lies dormant in the root chakra (base of the spine).

However, there are a number of different situations where kundalini can be suddenly awoken spanning from trauma to drug use, all the way to years of targeted practice (such as tantra or kundalini yoga).
Below, I’ve divided kundalini awakening symptoms into two groups: “light” and “dark” signs.

Please note that kundalini energy is neither good nor bad, instead, it’s a primordial force that simply lives within us. However, to the human mind, some of these experiences are pleasant, and others are extremely unpleasant:
‘Light’ Kundalini Awakening Symptoms
- You feel a spiritual connection with the Divine that transcends the ego
- You are bathed in bliss and boundless love
- You experience periods of Oneness where your compassion for humanity increases
- You tap into extrasensory abilities (ESP) and/or develop extraordinary gifts
- Pleasurable sensations pulsate through your body
- You’re inspired to make big, life-altering decisions and authentic changes in your life
- Synchronicity (i.e., meaningful or miraculous coincidences) increases tremendously
- You have profound insights into your behavior and past experiences
- Your empathic abilities strengthen, and you can feel everything at a profound level
- You begin to understand the nature of the mind and how it influences reality
- You keep receiving big, cosmic “downloads” of information (soul communication)
‘Dark’ Kundalini Awakening Symptoms
- You experience intense, involuntary shaking of the body that can be alarming
- Your nervous system becomes hypersensitive to external stressors (bright lights, TV violence, loud noises) and shuts down or craves total solitude
- You struggle to sleep properly
- You experience sudden and shocking moments of ego death
- You have visual disturbances that can feel alarming (e.g., objects seeming to vibrate)
- You experience intense heat, vibrations, or electricity surge through your body
- It feels like you’re having a bad drug trip while sober
- You struggle to distinguish what is real from imagined (psychosis) and feel like you’re going crazy
If you would like to learn more about each of these symptoms and the stages they correspond to, you can read my article on Kundalini Awakening Stages.
Other Kundalini Awakening Symptoms
The above kundalini awakening signs are fairly common. However, as someone who has experienced the energy of kundalini move through me, I can say that it doesn’t happen in the exact same way for everyone.
One of the most recent experiences I’ve had with kundalini, for instance, was preceded by two weeks of low-scale feelings of ‘impending doom,’ followed by the kundalini energy gently moving from my head and down through my body into my stomach.
The energy felt gentle, like a soft breath of wind, and when it reached my stomach, it felt like it was ‘working’ on something there. Then it melted away and vanished.
Here are some other, and perhaps less common, kundalini awakening symptoms:
- Feeling shattered (fragmented) or like you have no center
- Dreaming of snakes or seeing snakes everywhere (this is an alert from your subconscious mind)
- Feeling raw and extremely vulnerable, like a newborn child
- Manic and exuberant energy or the opposite, chronic fatigue (sometimes alternating)
- Frequent lucid dreams or vivid dreams
- Seeing lights or hearing music that isn’t there
- Tapping into your past life experiences (or other people’s)
- Entering spontaneous yoga poses (known as kriyas), mudras (hand poses), or pranayama (yogic breathing)
- Developing a Savior Complex or feelings of grandiosity
- Feeling intense grief for the planet and all suffering beings
- Out-of-body experiences where you (may/may not) connect with your Higher Self
- Visual and hearing changes
- Panic attacks and feelings of terror
- Strange food cravings or aversions
- Spontaneous orgasms
- Developing strange, undiagnosable physical symptoms that may manifest as autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, nausea, etc.
Have you experienced any of the signs mentioned above? Feel free to share your experience in the comments. This might help others who have undergone similar experiences to not feel alone.
Is Kundalini Awakening Dangerous?
This is a fair question, especially considering some of the symptoms mentioned above.
Would you like to save this?
Your information will never be shared.
To answer the question, yes and no. Kundalini energy isn’t innately dangerous or bad. It’s our energy blockages that limit the flow of kundalini that make it a painful, scary, and sometimes dangerous experience.
In Georg Feuerstein’s book Tantra: Path of Ecstasy, he explores why kundalini can go haywire:
Without prior cleansing of the nādī system, raising the serpent power (kundalinī-shakti) along the axial pathway is not only impossible but also very dangerous to attempt, for instead of entering the central channel (sushumnā-nādī) it is likely to force itself into the idā- or the pingalā-nādī, on either side of the central channel, causing immense havoc in the body and mind.
In other words, when kundalini is prematurely stimulated or aroused in an incorrect way (aka., through inadequate preparation and clearing of our energetic body), the results can be disastrous. Thankfully, the experience doesn’t last forever, and we’ll explore what to do if you’re experiencing the ‘dark side’ of kundalini awakening a little later.
But to further illustrate, Feuerstein goes on to quote the experience of yogi and mystic Gopi Krishna during his spontaneous kundalini experience. He writes:
There were dreadful disturbances in all the organs, each so alarming and painful that I wonder how I managed to retain my self-possession under the onslaught. The whole delicate organism was burning, withering away completely under the fiery blast racing through its interior. I knew I was dying and that my heart could not stand the tremendous strain for long. My throat was scorched and every part of my body flaming and burning, but I could do nothing to alleviate the dreadful suffering. If a well or river had been near I would have jumped into its cold depths, preferring death to what I was undergoing. . . . I racked my distracted brain for a way of escape, only to meet blank despair on every side. The effort exhausted me and I felt myself sinking, dully conscious of the scalding sea of pain in which I was drowning.
I’ll stop there because I know that this might be alarming to you (or alternatively, affirming, helping you to see that you’re not alone if you’ve experienced this).
In short, kundalini is a mighty potent force.
If you’re seeking to awaken it, be sure you know what you’re doing and seek out trustworthy guidance. This is not something to be trifled with.
Spiritual Awakening vs. Kundalini Awakening – What’s the Difference?
While the two sound the same, they’re slightly different in nature.
The spiritual awakening process (or what we refer to as the spiritual wanderer’s journey) tends to be emotional and psychological. Kundalini awakening, on the other hand, is energetic: it’s a surge of energy that may be either gentle and gradual, or sudden and intense.
While kundalini awakening usually comes further down the road after someone has experienced a spiritual awakening, it doesn’t always.
As mentioned previously, kundalini can arise suddenly in response to psychedelic drug experiences, sexual encounters, or even traumatic situations.
Another distinguishing factor is that kundalini energy is felt very physically whereas the spiritual awakening is usually more mind and heart oriented.
So while intense vibrations and heat may be felt in the body during kundalini awakening, during spiritual awakening there is more of a soulful quality of deep questioning, insight, and transfiguration (some refer to this as spiritual alchemy).
Can someone experience both spiritual awakening and kundalini awakening at the same time? Yes, absolutely.
It’s for this reason that both tend to lead to the experience of the Dark Night of the Soul (or the inevitable after-effect of having felt like one has ‘lost touch’ with the Divine). Ultimately, they are two sides of the same coin.

5 Hidden Traps of Kundalini Awakening
The kundalini shakti bestows liberation on yogins and bondage on the ignorant.
– Svātmarāma (15th century yogi master)
Kundalini awakening is a life-changing mystical experience that can feel magical, ecstatic, and profound. And it is. But there are also many hidden traps we can fall into after we’ve emerged out of the other end.
Some of these traps involve:
- Spiritual superiority – seeing yourself as “more awake” than others and looking down on those who are not as advanced or still “asleep” (also known as spiritual narcissism)
- Savior complex – adopting a disproportionate sense of self-grandiosity and specialness, believing that you’re sent to “save the world” (e.g., for those who have undergone kundalini psychosis, this can even mean believing they’re Jesus Christ or the next Buddha)
- Grasping and attachment – desperately trying to hold onto the blissful experiences of the kundalini awakening and being miserable (even entering crisis mode) when it’s inevitably lost (this can result in spiritual materialism and the dark night of the soul)
- Spiritual nihilism – taking universal truths and misapplying them to a human level, e.g., “all is an illusion,” “nothing ultimately matters” which breeds a sense of dissociation, emptiness, and cynicism
- Avoidance – avoiding or spiritually bypassing everyday responsibilities and focusing only on “higher spiritual matters” (this is essentially a way for the ego to avoid growing up and integrating the experience at a human level)
I explore a variety of different spiritual issues that can arise on the spiritual wanderer’s journey which you can check out in the Traps & Pitfalls section of this site.
How to Handle a Kundalini Awakening
If your kundalini has awoken and you’re feeling overwhelmed, here’s some guidance:
1. Be gentle with yourself and take care of your nervous system
Likely, your nervous system is going into overdrive if you’re having a painful kundalini experience. Some ways to calm your nerves can include:
- Taking a warm bath with essential oils like lavender (you can also try magnesium salts). If a warm bath doesn’t sound like your cup of tea, try a cold shower. Be mindful and notice how your body and mind respond to the temperature of the water.
- Find something/someone that brings you a feeling of safety. This might be cuddling your dog or cat, asking your partner or friend to hold you, finding a cozy nook in nature, or relaxing in a corner of your house that brings you comfort.
- Listen to calming music.
- Try slow guided breathing using an app like Calm or InsightTimer. (Be mindful of how your body responds. Stop immediately at the first sign of discomfort.)
- Ground yourself outdoors in nature.
- Eat grounding foods (potatoes, root vegetables, organic meat)
2. Stop all spiritual practice temporarily
Yes, your spiritual practice might be amplifying the effects of your kundalini awakening. So stop. Let yourself rest. If you crave a replacement practice, try mindfulness as it helps to ground you in the present moment. Read my article on the spiritual emergency for more helpful ideas.
3. Seek out compassionate help
If you still struggle with the kundalini energy being too intense, I strongly recommend seeking out the guidance of a transpersonal or depth psychotherapist. The best guides are those who understand the importance of integrating the mind and spirit (or spiritual psychology).
There are also people who specialize in kundalini awakening help that you can find online – but tread carefully. Trust your instincts. If you feel worse or if you get weird vibes about someone, you don’t owe them any explanation. Leave. Find someone else. You have the right to get the guidance you need.
Kundalini Awakening FAQ
Here are some other questions you might have about this powerful experience on the spiritual journey:
Usually, there is a period of long integration after the kundalini awakening experience. In other words, it takes a while for the mind, heart, and soul of a person to fully comprehend what they’ve been through and translate that into daily life. For some (extremely) rare people, kundalini awakening results in liberation from the separate self and the realization of non-dual awareness (also known as ‘enlightenment’).
There are many methods out there that help to stimulate kundalini energy. Most involve either Tantric and/or Yogic practice. Visualization, plant medicines (like psilocybin mushrooms and ayahuasca), certain breathwork techniques, belly dancing, and meditations also help to awaken kundalini energy. But remember to always be gentle, go slowly, and know what you’re doing. Kundalini energy is powerful and not to be messed around with.
The answer is that it varies for everyone. Some people experience the awakening of kundalini early on their spiritual path (indeed, for some it actually triggers the spiritual search). For others, kundalini awakens after many years of spiritual practice. There is no set-in-stone rule here: it depends on your unique energetic blockages, destiny, soul, and many other factors.
***
As the kundalini awakens, you naturally become aware of your true nature, the nature of God, and the purpose of your existence. It is an accelerated path to God-Realization, and can create many extraordinary experiences and realizations.
– Steven Sadleir (Looking For God)
Kundalini awakening can happen gradually and subtly or explosively and rapidly on our spiritual awakening journeys.
Known as the Serpent Power, the Inner Woman, and the essence of Shakti, kundalini energy can be a force of tremendous awakening or deep enslavement. The key is to be mindful, practice spiritual discernment, trust in your soul’s strength, and seek help where needed.
Remember that the ultimate purpose of kundalini is to dissolve the inner knots that keep you small and limited, helping you to awaken to your Eternal, Primordial, True Nature.

Hello there. So yes I had a kundalini awakening and fell into enlightenment by chance. I guess according to this specific article that is rare. I believe for me personally there were ancestral elements involved connected to my DNA but I digress. The point is I was not seeking it. I wasn’t even seeking the most basic level of knowledge of self. Could care less really and was just out here living my life.
I don’t even do yoga and was meh on meditation honestly. Still am. I do things my own way. one of the best things about this is knowing that this happened just proved I’m perfectly imperfect as is. The enlightenment portion I must say was simply amazing and yet totally terrifying and ultimately, lonely. There was no one else there but me and who just wants to hang out with themself forever? 😆 I mean it’s nice to know and the knowledge portion is kick ass but as trash as humanity is, I love us. All the atoms that exist are connected through boundless love and I’d rather do a tiny work to transform Earth here, right now in this moment, and uplift all the energy around me. A rising tide lifts all boats is how I’m doing thing. My home girl is really into this stuff and she is always going around talking about “protecting” her energy. For me, there is another purpose. To use my energy to protect others. That said, when I came back to my body and settled back in here I immediately notice the commodification of consciousness. It would sadden me if I didn’t already know it was temporary. It just is in our now. Nobody needs a guru to transcend. Nobody needs to join something, take courses, buy hella books nothing. Everything everyone needs they already have inside if they jus take the time to look. Personally, there seems to be an over abundance of race disparity within consciousness knowledge arena. It’s either men, white or black or white women. Now I don’t say that as an indictment but as a Black woman, it lacks a great deal. Also, it’s weird to see people who have had spiritual awakenings claim to also have enlightenment. That’s odd for me cause while I cannot explain but there’s an energetic connection between those who have enlightenment. I don’t even know who these random ass people are frankly, but I can feel their energy within me. And when I purposely fast and am stop weighing down my ascension(a trick I had to learn a few months ago cause I am here to experience Earth and so this is where I prefer to be currently so I will engage in activities that keep my vibration lower which is hard as hell cause for some reason I’m just vibing high Willy nilly out here, such as eating medium rare steaks and other things. The purer my body the easier it is to connect to my higher self but I don’t need that consistently) and allow us to be one then I can even hear them. And many of these gurus I see are are being dishonest. According to your list that means I have a spiritual ego maybe but that’s crap. Recognizing false prophets who seek to capitalize on an experience they have not really had, who lure people in to abuse them while preaching trance dance is not okay. But also, not my circus, not my elephants. My purpose is not to expose these charlatans but they most definitely exist. In terms of normal
psychology, my experience would be a tad nutso but within transpersonal psychology not so much. This happened to me I believe for two reasons. As the caregiver to my father and son they both died within one month of another earlier this year and on the day my father died I paused time for a bit and thought that was odd. But as a computer science engineer and data scientist I started observing and cataloguing my thoughts. And through that I fell into what I am referring to as “The Algorithm to Light” 🤣 I need there had to be a process and when I found the Monroe Institute and took at look at his patent I knew I was right. Not to toot my own horn but I most definitely am with this statement his process takes five days and constant monitoring so people do not become psychotic or schizophrenic or bipolar I suspect. I did it in one afternoon (on some wtf is this? Kinda vibe) but was able to manage it on my own. I believe my ability to do that is based on the fact that I took 40 hits of liquid acid by mistake once in my 20s while on vacay in Martha’s Vineyard. 😝 I had a great time never had a bad trip in my life but stopped doing acid and hard drugs in 1997. Also I’ve been celibate for 13 years. Not cause I can’t get laid but my husband was sick and I take my vows seriously. And since then I just haven’t had the patience or time necessary to convince anyone of anything and also am not a fan of relationship compromise. Also, I went back to school six years ago to learn to code and have been studying engineering and specifically quantum physics for a while. At first it was disturbing but I gave my self 2 weeks ti price I wasn’t crazy and then was gonna put myself in a 5150. But within that two weeks, where I saw both my therapist and psychiatrist (who I hired years ago when my husband and son were first diagnosed as I wanted to make sure I had the tools necessary to explore and deal with my emotions even though they’re always telling me I don’t need either but their validation makes me warm lol), not only did I NOT prove I was crazy, I proved the opposite-that I had indeed transcended. On accident. It was amazing and definitely changed my life but not really. I just am. I took 3 months before I even spoke about it cause honestly it’s nobody’s business. But part of my purpose is to awaken my bloodline but also have it happen organically as it did with me. So I’ve just been breadcrumbing. I have no wish to start a movement, although I most definitely could given my previous occupations in public relations and communications and my warm
inviting nature and nose for bullshit 🤪 not teaching any course or writing a book, other than the book I was thinking about writing before this that had nothing to do with this. It’s just important for me to share that no one needs anything outside themselves to connect with their own “true nature” as you call it. They don’t need internet access, hell, they don’t even need to know how to read. They just need to look within. Although I wasn’t looking within when I transcended but still. 😂. Regardless, if you are a seeker, which I am not and have not been by any means, but if YOU are, hear me when I speak unto you, All you need is that which you already possess. Stop. Listen to your senses and connect with the world around you wherever you are right now in this moment. That is where the truth is, where transcendence is, where the Light is. Where it begins and ends. With YOU. You don’t need me or a guru to tell you shit. The answers to every question you ever had you already know the answer to. Ever since I transcended I talk like this which is super annoying sometimes lmao but it’s just the way it comes out. I wish it didn’t sound so hippie and Bible-y but whatevs. I went to Woodstock in 1994 last minute with some friends after they knocked the walls down. It was a wet miserable experience sharing a tent with my two besties and some stinky guys we knew and I didn’t enjoy it as I should have cause frankly at the time I wasn’t that big of a fan of dirt. Yet, there was one moment I will never forget that I will share that I hope sparks your light. As I lay there, not even fucked up cause I like to experience certain things sober, and looked out the tent roof at the stars before I fell asleep to Aerosmith singing A medley of turns I didn’t know cause I was not a fan, Steven Tyler stopped the music and said this:”The light at the end of the tunnel-it’s YOU.” Never forget that and never let anyone diminish the light you have inside. That’s all from me. Cause this comment is too damn long but have a great day!! And be well. Always. In all ways. Xoxo
I had an accidental kundalini awakening in February of this year I think and I also have mental illness.
I feel horrible now. Like enslaved. Is there a way out of this? My mind imploded I think due to this. It was painful. And my nervous system is drained. I hope that i can now connect my mind heart and soul. As it will take time for them to process.
Ask it all to shut off while you’re sleeping. If it’s making you anxious ask those overactive places to shut off. I have asked for all external energy and frequencies to shut off while I am sleeping and then I welcome in the new energy upgrades while I am awake. Work with it, don’t let it control you. Don’t give into fear. Find a way to release the fear. Breath work helps and so does nature. I’ve been goin through this for 5 months.
🔥 Thank you
After meditation I didn’t sleep for 3 nights , then anxiety came, then I started to have vivid dreams and sleep 2,3 hours per day.now I sleep around 5 hours and everyday have plenty of vivid dreams. I am out of myself. I don’t feel anxiety or stress , but still have problem to fall asleep. Like my brain is working separately. Who can help me ? It lasts since October …. Dorota

I have a similar experience, do you want to get in touch? Lorenzo
I was ashamed about what happend to me. Because its about sex energy. For couple of times i felt down there pulsation which u feel before orgazm. I wasnt nice too intense. I was scared i didnt know how to get rid of this. I was painting to transform this. Im all alone in all these processes. I found out i have twin flame, he is runner im the chaser. We are in separation ,i listen angels through synchronities they led me to God. Im without any support from humans. After i Read your article i feel lost and scared about kundalini awaking. 😔
How do you know you have a twin flame. Ie through synchronicities?
Can the inner body awareness technique from Eckhart Tolle in his books help with transmuting and raising Kundalini energy? I am trying to find safe and effective ways that will help raise and transform my psychological and sexual energy safely.
What are some good ways to safely circulating it with less issues? I also have Complex PTSD. That might also effect the process.
Really need the help. Thanks guys <3
Most of us actually have CPTSD, The Piscean Era was all about trauma and abandonment for us all. We live in an insane asylum 99 percent of our collective is just like you and me 😉 just different expressions of the same root traumas
Finding an actual trauma therapist that practices EDMR, EFT tapping, etc..So many good videos out there to learn how to master yourself
take your own responsibility to become a response-Able adult, once you pass your victimhood phase. Kenny Weiss, Crappy Childhood Fairy, Richard Grannon, Patrick Teahan…to name a few. 🙏🏻
Thanks! I recognize some of those names. I will look more into the others ones. Great and sound advice.
And yes, the looney bin is what one lady I knew called this planet. We need mediation NOT just medication. And I am a bit crazy myself but i have come to accept some of that. I am unqiue as we all are. And a little bonkers at times but I am healing.
Trying to not be a victim anymore. :)
⚡Thank you, 6 years of 24/7 symptoms, after Kundalini activation meditation my soft palate started pulsing up and down causing pressure in my head and sinus cavities causing a clicking coming from my ears you can hear outside my head, along with all the other symptoms of actually feeling something moving up and down my spine getting caught in the back of my neck putting me to point of tears. I’ve been seeing a psychotherapist and physical therapist for over 2 years now I’m getting better at accepting the symptoms and doing my best not to fight myself I’m at the point where I feel like I just have to make it through so thank you and I apologize for the lack of punctuation ⚡
John,
Thank you for sharing, it makes me feel less alone. Its been 3 years for me now and a crazy rollercoaster of a ride. Everyone I know thinks I’m mad and it’s sooo painful.
I hope you find your balance soon.
I’ve had lots of these kundalini awakening symptoms but when they happen they are short but the memory lasts a long time. I have tride Kundalini yoga before. The feeling is prity interessting.
Thank you so much, Aletheia! The timing of this article is amazing in my life!
The day after my Mom died (Feb 07, 2023), I had a very vivid dream just before awaking; the feeling was very intense, sharp, and had sudden quick actions that followed each other:
Satan (the Snake) struck the
Woman (the Church) on the heel
A victim soul immediately prayed for the Woman
St. Michael the angel struck the Snake and it withdrew.
thank you for all your work i wish this website being alive for eternity ;)
I had a very strange experience last night. Almost like I was tripping but I wasn’t. Almost like 2 realities were happening at once. I tried to go to sleep and my body started moving and twisting on it’s own and I had no control over it. It didn’t hurt and I wasn’t scared or anything. Before I read this article, I was thinking I was possessed or something but I don’t think demonic possession would be that gentle. I may have been a little confused but I feel at peace about it so it couldn’t be bad.
I went through this, it’s all the awakening. Ask for your highest of highest guides to help you during this journey. Protect your energy too. I love the app insight timer and they have a lot of great shields on there. I love Steve Noble and also Hass Sadeghi has an energy shielding meditation I love. It will help, sounds like you’re in the beginning of this and it can be intense as it opens up more. Ground, shield, protect your energy. Allow your body to relax. Nature helps and breathwork.
Wow…I normally don’t read many of the blogs or comments here with much interest in learning anything new about my situation in life, if it’s outside of the very undisciplined and difficult feelings I have towards the healing process that I guess I’m at in my life right now. If read that right, you’ll see that I’m at a crossroads in my life where I have finally accepted the idea that, at my age of 48 yrs old…I’m experiencing life in a way that has finally made me aware of the likely root that has kept me from wanting to live life starting at age 48, which for me, means There is a life still in front of me that quite possibly could hold everything I’ve been told is out there, but only IF…I’m ever going to find the courage to stop living my life from the age of 10 yrs old. Which is where that root is that I didn’t really just now become aware of…I just finally saw the root for what it is…Real.
And that takes me back to why I normally don’t put much effort into anyone else’s magical wands used to create some euphoric and peaceful life of spiritual mystery that is actually what I’ve screamed at God resentfully for not having in life…And instead, just read most comments to see how others describe the dream world. Just cuz I like to pretend that I know what’s fake and what’s not outside of what I know is real for me…this is. This moment where I come to the understanding with myself that there is only way any sick feelings in life will ever stop making you feel to sick to get far in life without needing some medicated assistance to pep me up and have me ready to get back up and ready for another painful fight against my own life because fuck this…I shouldn’t have to heal from shit that I never put there to begin with….Arg, imagine anger when you read that part, because yeah…I’m a very angry man right now. Angry, Angry…Angry as hell that I can’t just stop being angry now and start living new now, at 48 yrs old and ready to see this better life that some of these life experts have told me, are coming my way. It sucks knowing that those better days are less likely to be REAL…If I don’t heal.
im a poet. Didn’t know it. 😊.
Normally, I don’t read too much in to any of these comments I glance over each day.
until I started reading your comment. 💪
By the way…That Aerosmith moment at Woodstock under the stars…Pretty cool, huh. Aerosmith is bad ass.
keep on with the willy nilly bouncin through life. im a little scared for anyone who runs out in front of you thinkin you gonna stop.
