What is an Indigo Child?
Also referred to as a crystal or star child, an indigo child is a person who has come into this world destined to create change and spiritually awaken humanity. Indigo children are considered to be freethinkers with profound insight into the human condition and an ability to see the truth clearly. As spiritually gifted old souls, indigo children find it hard to fit into mainstream society and often become misunderstood, rejected, or misdiagnosed and medicated. The indigo child is also thought to possess strong intuition and varying spiritual gifts such as the ability to communicate with spirit guides or see visions.
Truth and Deception
The primary role of the indigo child seems to revolve around exposing truth and deception. From a young age, indigo children are able to see through the illusions, half-truths, and falsehood rife in society. To their parents and teachers, they may seem like overly inquisitive, headstrong, and even obnoxious children. As precocious truth tellers, child and adult indigos can’t help but see through the bullshit facades of other people and expose them. This desire to bring the truth to light seems to be written into the indigo child’s DNA.
Enlightened teacher Jiddu Krishnamurti sums up the indigo child’s philosophy when he writes,
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
Many people criticize the indigo child concept as being one that can be misused by parents seeking to make their children look special, particularly if they have special needs. Others claim that signs of being an indigo child are so vague they can apply to anyone (this is called the Forer effect).
While it is true that the indigo child label can be misused, just as any label can, the true signs of an indigo child are so specific that they cannot be widely applied to every person. As I just mentioned above, indigo children are obsessed with finding the truth – this cannot be said of every person or every child. Every rule, belief, structure, and institution will be questioned and ruthlessly challenged by the indigo child – this trait is truly unusual and extraordinary.
It is also common for people to criticize the indigo child label as being delusional. While all labels and concepts used to describe the ego are illusory constructs of the mind, finding a sense of affinity with the indigo child label is extremely beneficial. Identifying with this label helps us to develop self-understanding and acceptance, which are important elements of spiritual growth.
Indigo Children Who Are Misdiagnosed
It is common for the indigo child to be misdiagnosed with behavioral issues such as ADD, ADHD, and other mood disorders. Because of their headstrong and freethinking nature, such children are often feared, misunderstood, and therefore medicated at young ages. Unfortunately, medications such as Ritalin and Adderall often end up numbing the indigo child and causing them to lose contact with their intuitive capacities and truth-seeking nature.

Are you an indigo child? Perhaps your children are indigos? Below I have included a list of seventeen authentic signs.
I have omitted typical signs often mentioned on other websites like “sense of entitlement” and “feeling special and like you should be revered” because these, to me, represent narcissism or unhealthy parenting styles more than genuine indigo child signs.
If you possess more than half of these traits, you’re likely an indigo child:
1. You are strong willed
You are a passionate person who will do anything it takes to accomplish your goals or dreams. Even if other people criticize or don’t support you, you still keep going no matter what.
2. You’re an old soul
You feel as though you’ve lived many lifetimes, and possess a wisdom that others your age don’t yet have. As a child, you may have behaved like an old man or woman, and as an adult, you have a deeply spiritual and philosophical outlook on life.
3. You’re a freethinker
No idea or belief is too holy for you to dissect or reject. You prefer to think for yourself rather than blindly following the crowd. As an indigo child, questioning is everything to you.
4. You’re a headstrong nonconformist

the Dragon is everywhere now. Zombies are everywhere. Spreading the virus. They chase everyone. Children. Even little babies. People run. In other dimensions hero’s are fighting the dragon. But if the dragon and his helpers gets a hero there, they die too.
At first the hero had helpers. Other hero’s. At first they tried to help. But one is too tired. One decided they didn’t want to fight anymore and left. The hero’s mom can’t fight. She doesn’t believe there’s a war & is sick. She just prays as everything falls apart. The masks are running out. The food is running out. Everything is running out. Things have stopped working. The castle is breaking. Now the hero has to go down to earth to help the mom. There is no one else. But he can’t go there. He’s very strong in other dimensions. He has a lot of power. A lot of weapons. But not on earth. There he has autism. He has to wear a mask. Try to pull it tight enough. But death may get him. The people helping the dragon to spread the virus do not wear masks. Has the zombie virus already got in them? You can’t tell. Some won’t even cough. But they have it. The Dragon is devious. He wants to kill everyone.
The hero is all alone now. He’s been fighting all alone for over a year. He tried to call out for help. He needed Captain America. Cap showed up once. The hero thought they could all beat the dragon now. Cap fights hard. Together he & cap can fight the dragon. The hero thought everyone was fixing to fight the dragon together. The rest of them started fighting. He thinks the dragon was going to be beaten. The whole world and all the dimensions would have been safe.
But then something happened. Someone opened a door and made cap leave. He was gone. Without cap they tried to fight. But it was so hard. One gave up. He’s young. He just sets in his room sad now. He has friends. They are all tired of fighting. They are too young to be protected from the virus. The Dragon will probably get them because the Dragons helpers are helping to spread the virus. They won’t wear masks. But someone has to leave the house on earth to get things.
There started being a lot of noise outside. Was the castle on earth falling down? Things had stopped working in the castle. Mom couldn’t fix anything. There was no money. What was that noise? He kept hearing it. Had the Dragon found where the hero hid his mom on earth? His mom was crying. He wanted to save her. But he was trying to fight the Dragon in Heaven.
It was so hot. But then it got a little cooler. What was happening. There was a large knight outside the castle. Was he good or bad. The hero tried to go down and look. The castle had started flooding.
He could feel the whole castle shake. Something powerful was outside trying to break the castle. But then the shaking stopped. The flood had stopped. He had to hide in other dimensions. Then one day his mom said the pipes weren’t working. Everything was broke. That earthquake or whatever hit the house must have caused that.
Then the house started shaking again. You never knew where or when. Or what day. Sometimes the entire castle would shake. Things would fall off walls. The whole floor would shake. There was something powerful out there. Was it the Dragon. It was dark & rainy. He saw a large shadow out there. Then it left.
He used to have a dad that did stuff like that. But he was gone. He had went to a hospital. Came back. Was really sick. He almost got better. Then the Dragon attacked.
Cap showed up. He went to fight the Dragon to save the others. They came back. Cap must have saved them from the Dragon. But then the door opened up and Cap was gone.
So the others had fought. One had to go away. Everyone was beaten except the hero. He was still in other dimensions. Where was Cap? Was he dead? Or in other dimensions.
Then one day a door opened. He thought he heard cap. Now the whole house was shaking again. The earthquakes were back. That must not be cap. Everything falling worse. Loud sounds. This went on for days and weeks. He’d hide in his room. And the hero would fly into other dimensions. Waiting to protect his mom. But it was scary on earth. You never knew when the earthquakes would hit. What could shake the whole castle. Parts of the castle floor would lift up. And then be better. His powers must have stopped the earth quake.
But then another would start.
One day the hero did a very brave thing. He came down to earth & talked to his mom. The castle was now so cool. It felt so good. The floors were fixed. The doors were fixed. The showers. The camodes. Each day his mom led him out she’d say look at what’s fixed. This works. Now. We can set in a bath tub now. No more standing in a shower. Look the drains work again. Look at how pretty the bathrooms look. The walls are all painted and nice. Look at the floor. It’s fixed. You can go back in your bathroom. It looks so pretty. Everything works. And it did. Slowly the entire house started looking like a brand new house.
Mom would take him out as this man drive away to buy more stuff.
But every time he thought it was over the whole house would shake again. The Dragon was back in Heaven if he tried to go there. It was in every dimension. Even in the house. How strong was this dragon. How could it make entire walls shake. Make his entire floor pick up beneath him.
His mom was crying. But not in sadness. She was happy. She took him outside. Look at that. The door was fixed. The windows. Everyday the earthquakes would return. Then he’d go outside. And something else was fixed. People started stopping to look. The house was starting to look like a brand new house. The mom was so happy. His brother was now so happy. He’d hear him laughing and joking. More kids started coming in. They were so happy & joking. He’d hear a voice sometimes. It sounded like Captain America. But that couldn’t be. No it sounded different. That wasn’t Cap. He saw him. He looked down. It looked like an old tired Cap. He told the mom don’t worry about me. I’m going to fix it all. The mom said can you do that. Should you do that. No. But what choice do I have. There’s no money. No help. I gotta do it all myself. She cried. She was afraid he’d die. He said if I die that’s OK. But my babies and you are going to have your house back. Then he was gone.
The earthquakes would start up again. The Dragon sometimes just made loud noises. Somethings he shook the whole entire house. But one day the mom took him outside. Look. All of our porches are fixed. All of our rails look brand new.
But then the hero would have to fly to other dimensions again. The Dragon was back. One day his mom took him outside. All the drains and flowers and bushes looked so nice.
Then he started seeing this man more. Cap had been so big. Looked so young. This guy looked older. But still big.
One day this guy came over and said hey. I’m going to come in and fix your room. He sounded like Cap. But like an older Cap. How could Cap get so old.
The Hero remembered a story his brother & sister told him. Dad was really a real super hero. They had found stuff in the garage after dad left. There was all these martial arts weapons. All these old pictures and stuff. No one had ever seen all of this. Wow. Mom said oh yes. He used to be this really big man. But then he got sick. He almost died. I thought he was gone. But he’s not.
He’s the one whose been bringing this food. These. Masks.
Well look at all these new masks he’s brought. All these new gloves. All this food. He said it was hard to do. He almost died.
But he’s been working on the house. Now he thinks he’s saved it. When he can he will come inside. But he’s very tired. He’s having to do it all by himself. And he’s very sick.
So one day he went out & heard music. A man who looked like an old version of Cap was on the back porch. He didn’t look the same. Didn’t sound the same. Does almost dying do that? But he looked. Giant muscles. But all that hair. Wait. The hair was gone. He turned around and smiled. His voice was changed. It had been damaged. Hey buddy. I’m cooking out. I’m gonna cook us some good food today. It was just hot dogs and chicken but it tasted so good.
Dad was laughing. Was that dad. Wasn’t dad the guy who had lay in the floor. Then rushed off to the hospital? Now this old looking Cap was here.
There was his brother laughing. His brothers friends laughing. Here came his sister laughing.
Dad said son I know you think Cap is in another dimension.
Let’s talk about Cap. Cap used to weigh 275 lbs. He could bench over 600 lbs. Squat over 700 lbs. Dunk. But I was never Cap. All of you call me that because I looked like him. But I’m older. I nearly died. They thought I would die. Yes. I had to leave son. It’s been hard for me.
But did you always eat? Did you ever wonder how food just showed up in big piles? How those masks & stuff showed up? I’m the one who put them there.
Now I’m sorry I have to come & go. I’m sorry I almost died. But it’s really hard to almost die and deal with a pandemic. But when I couldn’t get here I mailed stuff. Food and stuff arrived right? You got the cross right? That is the cross you told me you wanted a few years ago. I’m sorry it took so long to get it for you. But I’m not a super hero. I’m a man. Yes I’m a very powerful man.
That was no dragon. That was me jacking up your house because it flooded. I’ve been driving back and forth. Doing all I can. I had to redo everything under the house. Then a lot of the rest of the house. I had to come in and fix stuff. Plumbing. You name it. I’m not done yet.
But I fixed your room right. Your air. Your water. Your plumbing. I’m sorry it took a while but there’s a pandemic. I’m having trouble finding stuff. Plus my car broke down. It’s a long drive to get here.
Now your confused son. You almost died. Do you understand? I almost died too. But I’m not dead. I’m just very weak.
The 265 Captain America you remember was me. Do you remember? Yes I could do all of that stuff you remember. “Then”.
Your sister and brother found all of my old stuff. Yes the 285 lb man who could bench way over 500 lbs was me too. Do you understand. They were both me. But you never saw me then. That’s when I dated your mom. Yes I could do amazing things. All that martial arts stuff is mine. Yes your sister is right. I’ve been lying about it. I mailed that idea long ago. That was based off of me. But when you do that you don’t get credit. They do. Do you understand? The ninja with two swords in the red suit was me. But I was a lot bigger than that little dude in the movies. I was 285 lbs. All muscle. The big man who all of you thought looked like Captain America. That was me. I would dress up in the stuff and play with all of you because you wanted me to. I was a lot of fun back then.
But I had to start teaching all of you to grow up. You have autism so I was very patient.
You remember me yelling at your siblings. I was coaching them. There was a crowd. Do you understand?
But when you think I was yelling at you here your wrong. I was using this voice. I’m getting old. Now I was getting more stern with you. I was trying to help you grow up. You were doing so well too. I’m sorry we both got sick and there’s a pandemic.
But son. They have a vaccine for it. You can go get it. I have. Your mom has. If your afraid to go outside I get it. But if you get the vaccine & wear a mask you’ll be pretty safe. You could then just go out as needed. You can goto school on line. But you need to quit playing endless video games. You need to quit talking to people online who upset you. There is a pandemic. People are panicked. You can stay in the house mostly but you have to do a few trips for your health. You have to brush. You can’t just shut down.
Now I’m sorry the people in the school were mean to you. I’m sorry a lot of people are mean to you. I did my best to protect you. That was always me there protecting you. Im sorry it gets scary.
You said I don’t care about the world. Well there’s a proper way to do stuff son. I write polite letters and e-mails to people son. I try to convince them to do the right thing. I’ve been trying to help the world in that way. Try to get people to love each other. But you also have to live your own life son. You need to start focusing on school.
Now I know you remember me trying to get you to exercise & eat right. I started getting stricter. You know why? You were getting sicker. Had you listened, you wouldn’t have almost died. Now I’ve been helping figure out ways to get you better. Reading books. Researching. Your mom calls doctors. When you were so sick & may have died it was me who came & set beside you. You dint remember but I was holding you like a baby during the worst ones as we found this med that’s working.
I drove all over everywhere for ever trying to find the very specific foods you can eat.
Now I’d like to tel you this in person. I spent a year all over the internet trying to find you. I know this is one of the sights you read. But your all I’ve the internet too.
I want you to think how hard it was for me to have no clue what you’d be looking at on the net. I went many many places before I got here. Now I want you to think how did I figure out that you had read this one thread on this one site? It was not easy. But I’ve searched day & night for you all over the internet.
I’ll spend forever until I die chasing you across the internet because I love you. Your my son. Ill never quit son. That’s not in my nature. So if you feel like somethings searching across the internet for you that’s true. But it’s no Dragon. It’s just your dad. I love you. I’ve always loved you from the first moment I saw you. Even before that. Since the first moment I knew you existed in your mom.
But if it will help you realize that it’s your real dad talking to you. I’m going to tell you a secret only 3 people in the world know. And I’ll leave a clue. Your smart.

I want you to think about something. What was the last big movie you saw before your health started falling apart? Was Captain America in it? Was there anyone going dimension to dimension in it? A wizard? Iron Man. People disappearing. I want you to think what your saying to me when you are really sick & don’t remember I’m there. Or when your mom is there. Now if you watched that movie again, you’d probably get it.
You’re not a hero in other dimensions. Your a hero on the internet going to site.
You wondered where Cap went. Well he went to a hospital & almost died. Now he struggles every day to regain his strength and eat right. He was driving city to city to find your foods. He was working on your house. He’s been all over the internet for a year trying to find you so I can bring you back home. But if you what to see me. The next time I’m there you need to walk outside your door. Hug me. Say I love you daddy. I’m not Cap dude. I’m your dad. Just because I did some cool stuff I’m not a super hero.
I think where you get confused is because maybe I seemed like a super hero when you were little.
You asked me to come help you fight the Dragon. We can’t fight the pandemic hiding on the internet. There is no Dragon. There’s just a virus. The world already had many of them. This one is nasty. But the world will deal with it. We need you to come out here & help us do that.
It would be a whole lot easier for me to help Iron Man if he would come out of the internet. Remember he’s my son. Give me a hug. We could set down and watch the Avengers together. We could go pick up that big Cap shield in your brothers room and play with it. Maybe walk in the back yard. No one else will be there. If it helps you. I’ll wear a mask the whole time. And I’m fully vaccinated. But you have to try. I know it’s scary. I’ve been afraid to.
When I almost died I was afraid I’d never see you again. Never see your mom & siblings again. That gave me the power to live thru all of that.

Let me explain how I’ve managed to survive out in this pandemic all this time. You don’t have to come with me. But remember. It wasn’t Covid that nearly killed me. I nearly died. Left the hospital right as the pandemic started. That made getting your food and then fixing your house much harder. But I did it. I won’t stop. I love you. If one day I am really gone I’ll still love you. But if you’d like to see me before I’m gone one day hopefully in the far future, you have to come out & say hello.
I read the internet so much that I found you by you reading a comment here. Now you think your good. You are. But I searched the whole world for a year and found you here. Yet you left no comment. Now isn’t that proof I’m your dad? Who else would do that? Not many could. I think one think that confuses you. I was as big as a super hero. And I was dressed as one. Those memories are real. But your expectations of a super hero needs to change. You need to be ready when I come.
All of your enemies are fixing to face me all at once. You won’t see it coming. Neither will they. But be ready. You may see my friend. I’ve got an amazing friend. If I can’t reach you then I will lure off all your enemies and she will give you the instructions. Don’t worry I’m going to lure your enemies far away. Read the instructions & you’ll get out. Don’t worry about me. I can handle the dragon and the zombies and anything else in there. It may be a week. It may be months. But you must be brave and know that I’m coming to save my baby. Im just currently far away. There’s a lot of people in the world who need to be saved son. Im already starting things in motion. You’ll just have to be ready when I come for you. The dragon wants to destroy everything. All the time lines. All the dimensions. The earth. Everything. He wants to turn everyone into a zombie or destroy them. But the hero is just one person. He has autism. If he has to he will fight the dragon all alone. Even if the dragon kills him.
It’s scary to go to the earth & go outside right now. The virus is spreading. People are dying. Many don’t even realize there is a virus. If the hero goes out on earth he has to put on a mask. That can fail. The zombie virus is so small. It could sneak in. Right under the edge of the mask. He can’t go out. His mom is poor. The masks start to run out. They seem to have a nice house. But they owe so much money. He used to have a dad. But then the dad left. He was a good dad. He loved the hero. But the dad was dying. Had been dying. He always helped people. But he couldn’t live anymore. It looked like the dad would live. But then he was gone. Who left the house. Was that the dad.
When it started he had fellow hero’s. But over time he has lost everyone. There’s people still there that he tries to tell. But they don’t realize a war is going on.
This hero can travel to other dimensions. He has to. The dragons armies are now on earth. They spread a virus from person to person. They want to take over the earth he thinks. He’s not sure what they are doing. But people are scared. They run. But the demons and zombies are chasing everyone.
There is a dragon in Heaven. It’s trying to take over. It’s already started a war on earth. Death is spreading from one person to another. Like a zombie virus. There is a hero they are after. He is moving dimension to dimension. Time line to time line. Trying to find help. He can’t let them find him. If they find him he will probably die. He’s been lost for over a year rushing dimension to dimension. Time line to time line. As the dragon and all of his helpers hunt the hero.
I’ve always thought myself very different from others and my intuitive behaviours. Now that I’m in my 40s I am alot more in touch with my inner self. I have to smile aswell that I was raised in Indigo court and still to this day have the same friends for 40years from this place.

It’s really hard to see my inner self. I’m autistic. I’m an older man. But I’m really still a boy. Some call me a genius.
As a small boy I was given away into a nightmare. I had no choice but to be a lone wolf.
I did have a wonderful wife. I have amazing children. But a disease broke me apart. I so wanted to be an amazing father and husband. I worked hard. But my body failed me.
So I tried to keep going. But my disease tore me apart. Eventually I wasn’t a good husband or father.
Oh I was never mean on purpose. I just couldn’t be what they needed. Then I was out of their lives. They are often sad now because I failed.
You know I did a lot of good in my life. I have saved lives. Been a hero. People I saved have had children. I fed the homeless. I talked people out of bad things.
Just recently a woman told me she’d always looked up to me. When she was a child I protected her from harm. I fed her. I housed her. She wasn’t mine but I looked out for her. Now she’s a good mom with sweet children.
But the people who needed me the most I failed. I failed my own wife. I failed my own children. One specifically. He’s the most like me. I was his best friend but I failed him. I didn’t mean too, but I did. That breaks my heart.
But I’m still trying. I’m trying to reach him. Like him I also wanted to save the world. I wish I’d just concentrated on saving him; his mom, and his younger siblings.
I hope one day he stops trying to save the world, and just learns to love himself.

It can be a little bit frustrating when you can’t t talk openly about your inner wisdom because most people wouldn’t be able to get there head around my reality. I must also commend you both on the superb name you have given your site. For what does a Lone Wolf do but survive on its own in the wilderness away from the pack. But its never totally alone because the Earth and the Universe keeps watch and occasionally gives the Lone Wolf a treat. My name is Russ I am 52 years old and I was born on the 18th of May 1969. I am married with 4 children, 5 dogs, 2 cats, tropical fish, backyard hens etc,etc. I live in South Wales U K. I tick every single box of Indigo with abundance. About six weeks went by from that date and probably as a result of bordem I started flicking through my iPhone looking at photos from that day when something caught my eye. And what I saw was nothing short of extraordinary it was unbelievable.In my photo was something I had heard about but only as a myth. There in front of me was a Cornish Pixie and he was riding something on the branch of a tree. This is a gift from the Earth and Universe of monumental proportions and it took some time to unravel its meaning. As time went on more entity’s turned up in my Photos. Some I genuinely didn’t see some I did. These amazing Earth and Universe gifts cannot remain hidden from humanity, they need to be seen with some explanation to their meaning.
