Repression
Repression is the process of restricting, preventing, or inhibiting thoughts and feelings. As a result, many of our repressed thoughts and feelings often get hidden away in our Shadow Selves. The larger our Shadow Selves grow, the more inclined we are to act out of fear, rage and cruelty. Repressed thoughts and feelings also manifest themselves through chronic mental and physical illnesses. Discover more about repression in this section.
