Shadow Work is the practice of working with your Shadow Self. Your Shadow Self is the “dark” or animalistic side of you that lives in your unconscious mind. Don’t worry, we all have one! The purpose of Shadow Work is to help you discover what parts of you have been rejected or suppressed into your Shadow Self.
