Soul Loss
Soul loss is the experience of losing touch with your soul due to traumatic life experiences. Our souls are completely whole, but through life, they are slowly concealed. Like a thick forest, our wounds, fears, and beliefs slowly grow out of control and obscure the Light of our Consciousness. Common experiences that cause soul loss include, for example, physical, sexual, mental and/or emotional abuse, as well as tragic life events such as war, accidents, divorce, the sudden death of loved ones, and much more.
