Soul loss is the experience of losing touch with your soul due to traumatic life experiences. Our souls are completely whole, but through life, they are slowly concealed. Like a thick forest, our wounds, fears, and beliefs slowly grow out of control and obscure the Light of our Consciousness.
Common experiences that cause soul loss include, for example, physical, sexual, mental and/or emotional abuse, as well as tragic life events such as war, accidents, divorce, sudden death of loved ones, and much more.
As children, we all go through some level of soul loss. When we fail to reconnect with the lost pieces of our psyches, we experience issues such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders and chronic illnesses as adults.
In order to recover from soul loss, it is important that we undergo soul retrieval. Soul retrieval is the practice of finding and integrating the fragmented pieces of your psyche so that you can better access the innate wholeness that is your soul.
